Introduction

Welcome to GABA CLEAN. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our premium laundry and dry cleaning services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Important: By placing an order or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Service Description

GABA CLEAN provides premium laundry, dry cleaning, and related services including but not limited to:

  • Regular laundry and washing services
  • Dry cleaning for delicate and special fabrics
  • Shoe cleaning and restoration
  • Carpet and curtain cleaning
  • Leather cleaning and conditioning
  • Steam ironing and pressing
  • Pick-up and delivery services
  • Express and same-day services (subject to availability)

Pick-up and Delivery

Service Areas

We currently provide services in Udaipur and surrounding areas within a 15 km radius of our main facility. Service availability may vary by location and distance.

Scheduling

Pick-up and delivery times are scheduled between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM based on availability. We strive to maintain punctuality but cannot guarantee exact timing due to traffic, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

Access Requirements

Customers must provide safe and legal access to the pick-up and delivery location. Any additional charges for special access requirements (stairs above 3rd floor, remote locations, etc.) will be communicated in advance.

Delivery Policy: Standard delivery time is 24-48 hours for regular laundry and 48-72 hours for dry cleaning, subject to item type and current workload. Express services available at additional cost.

Pricing and Payment

Service Charges

All prices are as per our current rate card and may vary based on fabric type, garment complexity, and special treatments required. Additional charges apply for stain removal, express services, and specialty items.

Payment Methods

We accept cash on delivery, digital payments (UPI, cards), and online payments through our secure payment gateway. Payment is due upon delivery unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

Minimum Order

Minimum order value of ₹200 applies for free pick-up and delivery. Orders below this amount will incur a ₹50 convenience charge.

Item Care and Responsibility

Item Inspection

All items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Existing damage, stains, or defects will be documented and communicated to the customer. Customers should report any concerns at the time of drop-off or pick-up.

Special Care Items

Items requiring special care (vintage, designer, delicate fabrics, embellished garments) must be clearly identified. Additional charges may apply for specialized treatment. We recommend professional consultation for very expensive items.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take utmost care with all items, GABA CLEAN's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge or the current market value of the item (whichever is lower), subject to a maximum of ₹5,000 per item.

Prohibited Items

  • Items contaminated with hazardous materials, blood, or strong chemicals
  • Wet or heavily soiled items that may damage other garments
  • Items with non-removable ornaments, pins, or fragile accessories
  • Leather items with extensive cracks, tears, or peeling
  • Items infested with insects or having strong odors
  • Fur garments and items with real fur trim

Customer Responsibilities

  • Check all pockets thoroughly for personal items, money, documents, and electronic devices
  • Inform us of any stains, damage, or special care requirements at the time of drop-off
  • Provide accurate contact information and address for communication and delivery
  • Be available during scheduled pick-up and delivery time slots
  • Inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours
  • Collect completed items within 15 days of notification
  • Ensure payment is ready for cash-on-delivery orders
  • Provide clear delivery instructions for your location
Important: Items not collected within 15 days may incur storage charges of ₹20 per day. Items unclaimed after 60 days may be donated to charity or disposed of at the customer's expense after proper notification.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service quality:

  • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will re-clean the item free of charge if the issue is due to our service
  • Items damaged due to pre-existing conditions are not covered under quality assurance
  • Color bleeding or shrinkage beyond industry-standard tolerance is not our responsibility

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details (name, phone number, address)
  • Service preferences and order history
  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party gateways)
  • Feedback and communication records

Information Usage

Your information is used solely for service delivery, customer communication, and service improvement. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

Cancellation and Refunds

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before pickup: Full refund if payment was made in advance
  • After pickup but before processing: ₹50 handling charge applies
  • After processing begins: No cancellation allowed

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Cash payments will be refunded in cash or bank transfer as per customer preference.

Force Majeure

GABA CLEAN shall not be liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather
  • Government restrictions, lockdowns, or regulatory changes
  • Power outages, equipment failures, or technical issues
  • Labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or civil unrest
  • Pandemic or health emergency restrictions

Dispute Resolution

Customer Support

For any issues or complaints, please contact our customer support team. We are committed to resolving all genuine concerns promptly and fairly.

Escalation Process

  1. Direct Communication: Contact customer service for immediate resolution
  2. Management Review: Escalation to management team if not resolved at first level
  3. Mediation: Mutual mediation if direct resolution is not possible
  4. Legal Jurisdiction: Courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction

Terms Modification

GABA CLEAN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and app with the effective date.

Stay Updated: We recommend reviewing our Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates. Continued use of services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Indian law and within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between GABA CLEAN and the customer regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By using GABA CLEAN services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.
